Bríghde Éire
Bríghde Éire is a Reclaiming Feri witch and priestess, a visual artist, illustrator, singer, musician and art teacher. She describes herself as a spiritual seeker whose exploration into witchcraft began as a wild teenager in the 1970’s. Her training in the ‘Craft’ coincided 20 years ago with her journey into recovery and the twelve steps. Since 1996, Bríghde has developed and taught magical and spiritual skills and creative expression in ritual and ritual design through the visual arts, music and voice and movement in the U.S. and U.K. and at 6 witchcamps in the U.K. and Germany.
Her passions include the love of the wild green earth, the art of devotion, 12 steps, resting in mystery and the wisdom of not knowing. She believes in passing on practical skills, the spiritual principle of surrender and the ecstasy and experiential wisdom that emerges from within. Bríghde is an initiate in the Anderson Feri tradition, a second-degree initiate in a traditional Wiccan tradition and a first degree in another ‘Craft’ tradition. She lives in the beautiful Chiltern Hills of Great Britain with her family, a gold fish and two contented cats.
